Noel Morgan, Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Morgan, the founder of TeleMedium, has been a developer, CTO, and CEO in Internet companies for over a dozen years, an eternity in the Internet space. His leadership and business strategy have taken TeleMedium to from a startup company with no assets, to a debt-free, cash-flow positive industry leader in 5 years. Mr. Morgan holds a degree in computer science. He was educated in west Texas where he attended Abilene Christian University.

David Morgan, Chief Technical Officer – Mr.  Morgan comes to us from the software development industry where he has worked for nearly 25 years. Early in his career he worked at the famous Infoseek.com and was responsible for engineering of all Search systems in its incarnation as GO.com. His software development career began at a government explosives engineering firm, EMRTC. He was educated at New Mexico Tech where he holds a B.S. in physics and mathematics.

David Robinson, Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Robinson has been instrumental in the success of many projects related to telephony, communications and customer service. Mr. Robinson is responsible for growing a leading Canadian call center to a 250 seat, 300 employee, profitable business grossing 7 million dollars in annualized revenue. Mr. Robinson holds a masters degree in economics from McMaster University.

Lenny Vitullo, Chief Legal Counsel – Mr. Vitullo is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Vitullo has devoted most of his practice to complex litigation primarily emphasizing on business, consumer, insurance disputes and commercial litigation. He has had extensive experience in both prosecuting and defending cases, including many involving Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Vitullo has bar admissions in California and Texas, he holds court admissions for all of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Luther Myser, National Director of Wholesale Markets - Mr. Myser started his career in the computer and telecommunications industry in the late 70s. In fact, his work predates the IBM Personal Computer. He has held various positions in Engineering, Technical Support, and Product Development Management for Triad Systems. During the late 80s he taught classes in Computer Technology as a California State Teacher. His years of experience and knowledge of the Internet and telecommunications industry provide a valuable contribution to the team.
