Our hosted PBX, business and residential solution allow service providers to cost effectively, and reliably, deliver VoIP solutions without the burden of maintaining the costly infrastructure required to provide these services.
Our organizational approach to providing VoIP and other managed services allows us to use only the amount of infrastructure required for servicing our current level of customers at any point in time. Accordingly, we are able to lower our costs to the current customers requirements and revenue.
Our Leadership
Noel Morgan, CEO – Mr. Morgan, the founder of TeleMedium, has been a developer, CTO, and CEO in Internet companies for over a dozen years, an eternity in the Internet space. His leadership and business strategy have taken TeleMedium to from a startup company with no assets, to a debt-free, cash-flow positive industry leader in 5 years. Mr. Morgan holds a degree in computer science. He was educated in west Texas where he attended Abilene Christian University.
David Robinson, CFO – Mr. Robinson has been instrumental in the success of many projects related to telephony, communications and customer service. Mr. Robinson is responsible for growing a leading Canadian call center to a 250 seat, 300 employee, profitable business grossing 7 million dollars in annualized revenue. Mr. Robinson holds a masters degree in economics from McMaster University.
David Morgan, CTO – Mr. Morgan comes to us from the software development industry where he has worked for 18 years. Early in his career he worked at the famous Infoseek.com and was responsible for engineering of all Search systems in its incarnation as GO.com. His software development career began at a government explosives engineering firm, EMRTC. He was educated at New Mexico Tech where he majored in mathematics.
Chris Burson, EVP Sales and Marketing – Mr. Burson has over fifteen years experience in business development and operations management. Beginning his career with Tandy Corporation, one of the largest technology sales companies in the country, he quickly rose through the ranks. He championed, developed, and led a new sales division, Computer City Corp, focusing on business-to-business sales. Mr. Burson led the sales division from a startup to over thirty million in four short years. Mr. Burson studied business administration at Southern Methodist University.
Lu Myser, National Director of Wholesale Markets - Mr. Myser started his career in the computer and telecommunications industry in the late 70s. He has held positions in Engineering, Support, and Product Development Management throughout his career. During the late 80s he taught classes in Computer Technology for the State of California. Mr. Myser brings over 30 years experience to his tenure at TeleMedium. His years of experience and knowledge of the Internet and telecommunications industry provide a valuable contribution to our team. Mr. Myser studied business at Chabot College.
